Usage Instructions:
- To mark 1/2 inch seam allowances, lay ruler on wide side with markings facing up. Mark with pencil along outside edge.
- To mark 1/4 inch seam allowances, lay ruler on narrow side with markings facing out. Mark with pencil along outside edge.
