The Q16 PLUS is an upgraded version of the Q16, designed for quilters who want faster stitching, Studio Frame compatibility, automation for pantograph quilting, and enhanced user convenience. The standard Q16 remains a high-quality long arm machine but lacks these advance features, making the Q16 PLUS better suited for professional or high-volume quilting environments.

The BERNINA Q 16 (PLUS) and Q 20 are longarm quilting machines and only differ in the length of the throat space and the maximum sewing space.

• Q 20 has a throat space of 20 inches
• Q 16 & Q 16 PLUS have a throat space of 16 inches

The machines can be paired with a standard or height-adjustable cabinet or with a foldable, height-adjustable table. The BERNINA Q 16 PLUS and Q 20 are compatible with the BERNINA Studio Frame, if an upgrade to a Quilt Frame is desired.

Adjust the quilting position more easily

The BERNINA Q Series Lift table features an easy-to use, stepless lift that allows setting of the quilting height from 28 3/8″ to 47 1/4″. Expandable on either side of the quilting area with lift-up leaves, this table gives you up to 78 3/4” wide and 39 3/8” deep quilting space.

Keep all your tools and supplies close at hand with four easy-access storage compartments. Located on the table top, these spaces give you the storage needed right at your fingertips.
