Description
With a background in interior design, Taren Studios has always loved the geometric chairs by Charles Rennie Mackintosh and wanted to make a quilt inspired by them. With multiple colors added to the quilt, it also gives a nod to a log cabin style quilt block.
Fabric Requirements (WOF is assumed 42″):
Throw size – 63″ x 75″:
10 colors – 1/4 yard each or 1 FQ
background – 3 1/2 yards
backing – 4 yards
binding – 1/2 yard
Baby size – 39″ x 51″:
6 colors – 1/4 yard each or 1 FQ
background – 1 3/4 yards
backing – 3 yards
binding – 1/2 yard
If making a 2-color quilt, use 1 3/4 yards for the Throw size main color and 1 yard for the Baby size main color. The background, backing and binding requirements will all be the same as above.
