size 71 1/2″ x 71 1/2″This quilt and the pattern are representative of Biblical personal humanness, characteristics, and situations that are not so different from ours their stories you will find situations and events you may relate to. Each block in the quilt represents a different woman. Symbolism is woven throughout the quilt – like the braided tree trunk representing how we are woven together. Each block will be explained in the booklet. Blocks like the “Garden of Eden” block are traditional quilt blocks with their own block traditionally has a red center square representing ‘the apple’ and four rivers flowing out from the blocks I chose for women who did not already have one named for example, I chose a ‘Double Crown’ for Queen Esther.
